Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Service Reminder Telecaller to join our team and drive customer retention. In this role, you will make outbound calls to existing clients to remind them of upcoming service renewals, preventive maintenance, and scheduled appointments. Your daily goals will include managing CRM entries, coordinating smooth time slots with our service team, and informing clients about active promotional offers or loyalty upgrades. Excellent verbal communication, polite phone etiquette, and a results-driven mindset are required to succeed.
