Job Description

  1. Call prospective students from company-generated leads.
  2. Understand customer requirements, interests, and learning objectives.
  3. Explain our stock market courses, curriculum, benefits, and fee structure.
  4. Generate interest and convert enquiries into admissions.
  5. Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
  6. Schedule counselling sessions and demo classes.
  7. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
  8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  9. Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a professional customer experience.
