Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a confident, professional, and target-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle
- inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Explain property details, project features, pricing, and location to customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Real estate or telecalling experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
