Telecalling ExecutivePosition Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy engaging with customers and contributing to organizational growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Explain services and offers clearly to prospective and existing customers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
• Follow up with customers to ensure conversions and satisfaction.
• Address queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/system.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male & Female candidates are welcome.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Education: PUC/12th Pass or Any Degree.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Technical: Basic computer knowledge required.
• Attitude: Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
