Job Description

  • The role
  • Speak with nannies at every stage: when they apply, while they train and when they start work
  • A target-based phone role with a monthly incentive


  • What you'll do
  • Call candidates for nanny jobs and explain the role
  • Screen them and take the right ones forward
  • Support them through training
  • Make sure nannies reach their bookings on time
  • Keep call records up to date
  • Meet monthly targets


  • Who we're looking for
  • Must have
  • Fluent Kannada and working Hindi
  • Telecalling, customer support or recruitment calling experience
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, a CRM and Google Sheets
  • Patient, polite and persistent on follow-ups
  • Have a laptop
  • Good to have
  • Tamil or Telugu
  • Experience hiring blue-collar or domestic staff
