💼 Position: Team Leader – Telecalling
💰 Salary: Up to ₹55,000 NTH
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
- Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Telecallers.
- Drive the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Track calls, conversions, productivity and quality metrics.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching and performance reviews.
- Motivate team members and improve overall team productivity.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer/process-related issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth process operations.
- Candidate Requirements1+ year of experience in Team Leader / Telecalling / BPO / Sales / Customer Support roles.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
