Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executive to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and convert potential customers into sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain customer details and call records.
• Follow up with customers regularly to close sales.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Kannada/Hindi/English or other regional language knowledge will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude and convincing ability.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.

Experience: 1–5 years in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Service / Sales.

Preferred Candidates: PUC/12th Pass, Diploma, or Degree holders from any educational background with relevant experience.
