Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential drivers from the assigned database.
  • Explain fleet offerings, rental/lease plans, earning potential, policies, and onboarding process.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule driver walk-ins/appointments.
  • Follow up with interested drivers until onboarding and activation.
  • Maintain accurate call, lead, follow-up, walk-in, and conversion records.
  • Coordinate with FSE and Supply teams for scheduled walk-ins and onboarding.
  • Reconnect with old/inactive leads and generate rejoining opportunities.
  • Achieve daily calling, lead generation, walk-in, and onboarding targets.
  • Provide regular updates on lead status and conversion.
