About the RoleStudyatbangalore is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Academic Counselor to connect with students and parents, understand their educational requirements, provide appropriate academic guidance, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads.
• Understand students' academic interests, career goals, and admission requirements.
• Explain courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission opportunities.
• Provide appropriate academic and career guidance based on student requirements.
• Counsel students and parents and address their questions and concerns.
• Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
• Convert enquiries and leads into applications and successful admissions.
• Handle objections professionally and support students throughout the admission process.
• Maintain accurate lead, call, follow-up, and admission records in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
• Coordinate with the admission team to ensure smooth conversion and closure.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
• Good command of English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-friendly.
