Telesales Executive

Estate Hive is a RERA-registered real estate advisory and channel partner for leading developers including Prestige, Sattva and Assetz. We work on active and pre-launch projects across Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Handle both inbound and outbound calling, across warm leads and cold data

- Respond quickly to inbound enquiries from Meta ads and property portals

- Cold call fresh and old databases to generate new interest

- Re-engage warm leads who have enquired before but not yet visited

- Qualify every lead on budget, location, configuration, purpose (end-use or investment), timeline, loan status and decision-maker

- Pitch projects and handle objections on price, location and possession

- Book site visits, confirm them before the visit, and hand over to our closers

- Follow up on WhatsApp and update every call in the CRM

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of real estate pre-sales or tele-sales experience (developer or channel partner) – mandatory

- Strong cold calling skills, comfortable with rejection and 100+ calls a day

- Proven experience converting both warm and cold leads into site visits

- Good spoken English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus

- Good knowledge of Bangalore's residential micro-markets across North, East, South and West preferred
