Designation: Telesales Executive

Location: Whitefield Road, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time | Tata Capital Payroll

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Week-Off

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 Fixed per Month

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Notice Period

Eligibility & Requirements

·      Education: Diploma / Graduate & Above (Btech Not Eligible)

·      Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years in Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Sales

·      CIBIL Score: Minimum 650

·      Languages: English and Hindi are mandatory

·      Additional Languages: Malayalam, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage

·      Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

·      Comfortable working in a target-driven telesales environment

Key Responsibilities

·      Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

·      Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales targets.

·      Understand customer requirements and explain relevant financial products.

·      Convert leads into successful sales through effective follow-ups.

·      Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.

·      Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing.
