Job Summary
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to connect with customers over calls, understand their requirements, explain NoBroker services, and convert leads into sales.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact customers through outbound calls and handle assigned leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services.
- Explain service features, benefits, pricing, and plans.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge.
