Telesales Executive

We are hiring Telesales Executives for Bangalore office. The role involves handling online personal loan applications, assisting customers through email, chat, and calls, and ensuring a smooth digital experience. Candidates will coordinate with internal loan processing teams, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with banking guidelines.

Strong Communication Skills – Able to clearly and patiently communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their issues are understood and addressed effectively. Handel Inbound and Outbound customers.

Problem-Solving Abilities – Skilled in quickly identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Empathy and Patience – Demonstrates understanding and care when dealing with frustrated or confused customers, creating a positive support experience.

Product Knowledge – Maintains in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Team Collaboration and Adaptability – Works well with support team members and adapts to changing tools, processes, or customer needs in a dynamic environment.

Work type: Work from office

Good communication in English , Hindi or Kannada

Qualification: 12th pass

Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Sunday fixed off

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 in-hand + performance incentives upto ₹5,000 - ₹80,000
