Job Description
- Sales Generation: Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales, presenting and promoting products/services.
- Customer Engagement: Understand needs, handle objections, resolve complaints, and build strong customer relationships.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
