Job Description
🧑💼 Role: Telesales Executive
📍 Location: Bangalore Koramangala
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, transporters, and shippers to promote Vahak’s logistics platform.
- Explain the company’s services and help customers understand the benefits of using the platform.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into active customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular calls and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
