Key Responsibilities

UI/UX

• Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for Quick Ride's web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Understand user behavior and translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Improve existing product interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.
• Maintain consistency through design systems and reusable components.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and identify opportunities to improve user experience.

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for Quick Ride.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Drive app installs, registrations, leads, rides, and customer engagement.
• Plan SEO strategies, keyword research, blogs, landing pages, and content.
• Manage social media campaigns and content calendars.
• Work on ASO to improve app visibility and downloads.
• Create marketing creatives, banners, landing pages, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaigns.
• Track metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPI, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
• Prepare regular campaign and performance reports.
• Work on customer retention and reactivation campaigns through CRM channels.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
