Job Description
• Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) verification of customers as per company guidelines.
• Verify customer identity and documents through video calls.
• Ensure all KYC details and documents are accurate and complete.
• Follow the required verification process and compliance guidelines.
• Interact with customers professionally and resolve basic queries during the VKYC process.
• Maintain accurate records of completed verifications.
• Identify discrepancies or suspicious information and escalate them to the concerned team.
