Job Description
Operate VMC machines for machining components.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Perform machine setting and job loading/unloading.
Understand CNC programs and basic G & M codes.
Set work offsets and tool offsets.
Perform tool changing and tool setting.
Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth production.
Inspect components using measuring instruments.
Maintain dimensional accuracy as per drawings.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
Maintain machine cleanliness and 5S activities.
