Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take and accurately record food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Assist guests with menu queries and recommendations
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team
- Handle guest requests politely and efficiently
- Maintain restaurant hygiene and cleanliness
- Follow Rooz service and hospitality standards
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Previous waiter, steward, restaurant, hotel, or F&B experience is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
