Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with seating
- Present the menu and explain items, offers, and recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the system
- Serve food and beverages as per defined service standards and timelines
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Upsell products and promote new or featured menu items
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback politely and promptly
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and café presentation
- Assist with food running, tray setup, and table clearing
- Follow grooming, uniform, hygiene, and safety SOPs strictly
- Support opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Contribute to efficient day-to-day café operations
