📢 We’re Hiring: Hostel Warden (Male/Female)Location: Sterling English Residential School, Near Bangalore Airport
Type: Full-time, Residential Position
🏠 Role: Hostel WardenWe are looking for a dedicated, disciplined, and responsible Hostel Warden to manage day-to-day hostel operations and student discipline in a residential school environment.
- ✅ Eligibility Criteria:Must have prior experience as a hostel warden
- OR
- Be an ex-serviceman (Army/Navy/Air Force/Home Guard/Police) with leadership and discipline experience.
📌 Others without relevant experience are not eligible for this role.
- 📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Reside full-time in the hostel and ensure safety, discipline, and well-being of all hostel students.
- Maintain daily routines – wake-up, hygiene, meals, study hours, lights-out.
- Monitor and guide students in day-to-day hostel life.
- Enforce school and hostel rules consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness, timely lights off, and orderly behaviour in dormitories.
- Supervise hostel staff (maids, helpers, cleaners) under your responsibility.
- Handle emergencies with alertness and professionalism.
- Coordinate with school management regarding student issues and reporting.
