Warehouse Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate stock maintenance through regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and physical stock verification.
• Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices to maintain product quality and minimize inventory losses.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and order fulfillment.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and ensure adherence to operational procedures and productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including GRNs, stock registers, dispatch records, and ERP/system entries.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify slow-moving or obsolete stock, and recommend corrective actions.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and continuously improve operational efficiency to reduce handling time and costs.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods and coordinate with transporters for smooth logistics operations.
