Job Description

  1. Install TrueAb water purifiers at customer premises.
  2. Perform regular maintenance, filter replacements, and quality checks.
  3. Troubleshoot and repair technical issues promptly.
  4. Educate customers on product usage and maintenance tips.
  5. Maintain proper service reports and update records via mobile app or CRM.
  6. Coordinate with the operations team for spare parts and customer scheduling.
  7. Uphold TrueAb’s service quality standards and ensure customer delight.
