Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new international markets for exports and domestic market for lifts & anything related to vertical transport.
Generate business opportunities through market research, online channels, exhibitions, references, distributors, consultants, and direct customer engagement.
Develop and manage dealers, distributors, agents, contractors, builders, consultants, and project customers in export markets.
Prepare market-entry strategies and business plans for assigned countries/regions.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical and engineering teams to develop suitable elevator solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with internal teams.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and enquiry handling to negotiation, order closure, shipment, installation, and after-sales coordination.
Develop and maintain a strong international customer and distributor network.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, customer requirements, and regulatory developments in target markets.
Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, logistics, finance, and documentation teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
