Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Travel Agent. The Corporate Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, promoting car rental services, and boosting sales.

Qualifications

  • Experience in reservations and travel arrangements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of car rental services
  • Proven sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • Previous experience in a corporate travel management company is a plus
