Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
  • Manage labour, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Read and understand civil and structural drawings.
  • Monitor quality and progress of work.
  • Maintain daily site reports.
  • Check material requirements, consumption and stock.
  • Verify material deliveries and measurements.
  • Coordinate with management and vendors.
  • Ensure timely completion of work.


Required Skills:



  • Good practical knowledge of civil construction.
  • Material management and purchase control.
  • Labour management.
  • Responsible, honest and disciplined.
  • Basic computer and reporting skills.
