Role Description

The Recruiting Senior Manager at Salesforce demonstrates profound expertise in the business, industry, and product landscape, ensuring the success of our customers through effective recruiting interventions and management of recruiting teams. You will lead and drive our recruitment efforts to build a high-performing and diverse customer success team. This is a strategic role requiring hands-on leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the customer success landscape. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of our organization.

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for high-volume customer success hiring to meet the company's growth objectives.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with Salesforce's business goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs, define hiring plans, and establish best practices for attracting top-tier talent.

• Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of recruitment professionals, including managers and recruiters. Provide mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for growth, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

• Talent Acquisition: Oversee full-cycle recruitment for key positions, managing the end-to-end hiring process from job requisition to onboarding. Ensure the team consistently identifies, evaluates, and hires exceptional candidates.

• Business Acument:  Bring in-depth high volume customer success recruiting experience to the role, managing specialized tech recruitment teams and developing strategies to attract and engage top tech talent.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cloud leaders to be a talent advisor for their overall headcount strategy.  Establish strong working relationships to drive efficient and effective recruitment processes.

• Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and analysis to assess the success of recruitment efforts. Continuously optimize processes based on data-driven insights.

• Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion: Develop and lead the Salesforce India talent acquisition strategy that encompasses both short-term hiring needs and long-term talent pipeline development.

Minimum Requirements

• 8 + years of proven track record leading high-volume customer success hiring teams with a distinguished track record on fast paced hiring assignments

• Overall 15+ years of recruiting experience.

• Proven experience of serving as a trusted advisor, with a deep curiosity to understand your customers, their motivations and needs, and how to approach ensuring their success
