Cook required for a Girls Hostel canteen at Aromira College of Nursing, Bhandara.

Responsibilities:

- Cook pure vegetarian Maharashtrian meals for about 20 students: breakfast, lunch and dinner (morning tea as required).

- Follow the weekly menu (poha, upma, sheera, idli-sambar, dal-rice, poli, usal, pav bhaji, pulao, khichdi, etc.).

- Cook on time: Breakfast 7:30-8:30 AM, Lunch 12:00-1:00 PM, Dinner 7:30-8:30 PM.

- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils and cooking area.

- Plan the use of groceries and vegetables and avoid wastage.

- Inform the management in advance when stock is running low.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking for a hostel, mess, canteen or large group.

- Good knowledge of Maharashtrian vegetarian food.

- Honest, hygienic and punctual.

- Should be able to work with a helper.

आरोमिरा कॉलेज ऑफ नर्सिंग, भंडारा येथील मुलींच्या वसतिगृह कॅन्टीनसाठी स्वयंपाकी हवा/हवी आहे.

कामाचे स्वरूप:

- सुमारे 20 विद्यार्थिनींसाठी शुद्ध शाकाहारी महाराष्ट्रीयन नाश्ता, दुपारचे व रात्रीचे जेवण बनवणे (सकाळी आवश्यकतेनुसार चहा).

- साप्ताहिक मेनूनुसार स्वयंपाक करणे.

- वेळेवर स्वयंपाक: नाश्ता सकाळी 7:30-8:30, दुपारचे जेवण 12:00-1:00, रात्रीचे जेवण 7:30-8:30.

- स्वयंपाकघर व भांडी स्वच्छ ठेवणे.

- किराणा व भाजीपाल्याचा योग्य वापर करणे, वाया घालवू नये.

- साठा संपत आल्यास व्यवस्थापनाला आधी कळवणे.

पात्रता:

- वसतिगृह, मेस, कॅन्टीन किंवा मोठ्या संख्येसाठी स्वयंपाकाचा किमान 2 वर्षांचा अनुभव.

- महाराष्ट्रीयन शाकाहारी जेवणाचे चांगले ज्ञान.

- प्रामाणिक, स्वच्छ आणि वेळेचे पालन करणारा/री.

- मदतनीसासोबत काम करता आले पाहिजे.
