Sales Executive (Field Sales)

📍 Location: Ludhiana, Jalandhar & Bathinda

Job Role:

We are looking for energetic and hardworking Field Sales Executives to join our FMCG sales team. Your responsibility will be to visit local kirana stores and retail shops, introduce our products, generate orders, and build strong relationships with shopkeepers.

Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops and kirana stores door-to-door.
• Promote and sell company products.
• Generate new customers and increase sales.
• Maintain good relationships with shopkeepers.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Report daily sales activities to the sales manager.
• RequirementsMust own a bike with a valid driving license.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willing to travel within the assigned city.
• Experience in FMCG sales is preferred, but freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Sales Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
• Food & Petrol Allowance: ₹50 per working day and Petrol extra.
• Monthly Earning Potential: Up to ₹40,000–₹50,000 including incentives
