Job Description
BRANCH HEAD
The Branch Head is responsible for maintaining discipline, honesty, integrity, and professionalism within the branch. They must build and maintain a strong, respectful relationship with both staff and customers, ensuring excellent service and a positive working environment.
The Branch Head should remain alert, responsible, and proactive in all branch operations, follow company policies and procedures, and ensure that the entire team works in accordance with management guidelines. Obedience to management decisions, proper communication, accountability, confidentiality, and timely reporting are essential.
The Branch Head should lead by example, motivate the staff, resolve issues responsibly, protect the company’s interests, and continuously work towards customer satisfaction, team performance, discipline, and business growth.
