Machine Operator
Machine Type
Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) as per defined SOP's.
- Ensure safe and efficient machine operation during production.
- Achieve required production output while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor machine parameters and report abnormalities to the concerned supervisor or maintenance team.
- Perform basic machine routine checks.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Maintain production and machine-related records as required.
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
Shift Requirement
Day / Night Shift
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Working Hours
8 Hours / 12 Hours, depending on production and operational requirements.
Relocation: Candidates should be willing and prepared to relocate to Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, as per the requirements of the position.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates interested in working in the defence manufacturing industry.
- Experience in machine operation or manufacturing is preferred.
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and work on Special Purpose Machines may also apply.
