About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Interns to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in sales, customer handling, lead generation, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up with leads through Telecalling and inside sales.

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.

Make outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

Maintain customer and lead information in Excel/MIS.

Update daily calling and sales reports.

Assist the team in converting leads into customers.

Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Follow company policies and sales processes.

Eligibility

Qualification: Any Regular Degree

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Candidates interested in building a career in Sales & Financial Services.

Stipend & Career Growth

1–6 Months: ₹14,000 per month

7–12 Months: ₹18,000 per month

After successful completion of 1 year

Opportunity for On-Roll Conversion

On-Roll CTC: ₹3 LPA
