Job Description

- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.

- Upload and update product details, images, pricing and inventory.

- Process and track customer orders.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase online sales.


Requirements:


- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or other e-commerce platforms.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skill
