Job Description

7Sailors is hiring HR Recruiters for its recruitment consultancy team. Candidates with BBA, MBA, B.Com, or BA qualifications can apply. Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome. The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms, conducting initial telephonic interviews, coordinating interviews with clients, and following up with candidates until joining. Candidates should have good communication, convincing, coordination and follow-up skills, along with basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes. Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month.
