Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to oversee and manage all maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance teams and allocate daily work responsibilities.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained and operational.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate timely repairs.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors/service providers.
• Reduce equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• 5–10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
• Good team-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle breakdowns and maintenance operations independently.
• Willingness to work as per business/production requirements.
