Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesInstallation and configuration of Airtel WiFi/Broadband connections.
  • Router installation and configuration at customer premises.
  • FTTH/WiFi installation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Handle customer complaints related to WiFi/Broadband services.
  • Complete assigned installation and service requests within the given timeline.
  • EligibilityQualification: ITI Pass


  • Experience: WiFi/Broadband/FTTH installation experience preferred.
  • Bike: Mandatory
  • Driving Licence: Mandatory
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Salary₹18,000 In-Hand
  • ₹2,500 Fuel Allowance
  • Total: ₹20,500 per month
  • PF & ESI as applicable.
