Job Description
We are looking for a Production Manager with a strong mechanical engineering background to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily manufacturing activities, optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet demand
- Supervise production staff and assign daily tasks
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards for hydraulic lift systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues as they arise
- Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and sales teams
- Maintain production documentation and reports
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity
