Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mold & Part Designer with strong knowledge of NX (Siemens NX) for plastic injection moulding applications.
Key Responsibilities
- 3D part design and development using NX
- Design and development of plastic injection moulds
- Prepare detailed 3D models and 2D drawings
- Apply DFM principles for injection moulding
- Coordinate with NPD, Tool Room and Production teams
- Modify and optimize mould/part designs based on trials and feedback
- Ensure designs meet product quality and manufacturing requirements
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in mould and part design
- Must have strong knowledge of Siemens NX
- Experience in 3D plastic part design
- Good knowledge of plastic injection mould design
- Understanding of mould components, parting line, core/cavity and DFM
- Experience in plastic manufacturing/injection moulding industry preferred
