We have urgent opening for Customer Representative Executive (CRE).

·        Designation: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

·        Job Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

·        Qualification: Any Graduate

·        Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the petroleum, lubricants or automotive industry.

·        Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

1.     Acquire new customers and ensure their enrolment, activation and first transaction.

2.     Engage with existing customers to retain them and generate repeat business.

3.     Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing customers across assigned locations.

4.     Promote MAK Lubricants and Smart Fleet Card services to transporters, fleet owners and other potential customers.

5.     Conduct customer engagement activities at highways, Dhabas, transport hubs, toll plazas and other commercial locations.

6.     Train dealers and customers on loyalty programmes and web/app usage.

7.     Generate leads, develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

8.     Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

9.     Update daily sales activities, customer interactions and attendance through the Sales Buddy App.

10. Monitor market activities, competitor offerings and customer feedback.

Mandatory Requirements:

·        Must have a personal two-wheeler.

·        Must have a laptop/ PC – either can be arranged after selection of the candidate

·        Interview mode- personal Interview- Kharghar office

·        Should be comfortable with extensive field sales and travelling within the assigned territory.

·        Good communication, customer-handling and negotiation skills.

·        Candidates with experience in petroleum products, lubricants, fleet sales, automotive sales or B2B field sales will be preferred.
