  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Follow up with customers until issue closure.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/data regularly.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the reporting manager.
  • Maintain professional and positive customer relationships.
  • Prepare basic daily/weekly customer support reports.
  • Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication.
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

QualificationGraduate in any discipline. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
