Job Description
- Food Preparation: Efficiently assembling Mumbai-style grilled sandwiches, toasts, and regular sandwiches using standard ingredients like Amul butter, handpicked fresh vegetables, and signature green/red chutneys. [1, 2]
- Operating Kitchen Equipment: Safely operating commercial sandwich grillers, toasters, and deep fryers for fries. [1, 2]
- Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, managing orders efficiently at the counter, processing digital payments/cash, and maintaining a welcoming fast-food environment. [1, 2]
- Hygiene & Maintenance: Adhering strictly to 100% vegetarian food codes, maintaining clean preparation tables, washing utensils, and upholding corporate food safety standards. [1, 2, 3]
- Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels of fresh produce, breads, and signature Spicezzaa masalas, and reporting delivery counts. [1, 2]
