Job Description

Abhinandan Creation Pvt. Ltd. is an intimate apparel manufacturer (bras, panties, men's innerwear) at Asmita Textile Park, Bhiwandi, supplying leading national brands. We are hiring a Junior Industrial Engineer / Production Assistant to support the operations team on the shop floor.


Key responsibilities:

  1. Conduct time studies and calculate SAM / operation-wise targets.
  2. Track hourly line output, efficiency and WIP; update daily production reports in Excel / Google Sheets.
  3. Support line balancing and help identify and clear bottlenecks.
  4. Monitor bundle movement from cutting to sewing to finishing and packing.
  5. Coordinate with line supervisors, quality, cutting teams and production team to meet daily targets.
  6. Assist the Production Executive with style changeovers, operator skill matrix and layout planning.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year experience in a garment manufacturing unit (IE, production or planning).
  2. Basic knowledge of SAM, efficiency and line balancing.
  3. Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
  4. Able to communicate in Hindi / Marathi; basic English for reports.
  5. Candidates from Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Thane and nearby areas preferred.

Salary: Rs 18,000 - 20,000 per month (based on experience) with PF and ESIC.
