Purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, printing materials and other production requirements.
Receive material requirements from Production, Store and other departments.
Check stock availability before placing purchase orders.
Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Take quotations from suppliers and compare rates, quality and delivery timelines.
Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions with suppliers.
Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO) after rate and requirement approval.
