• Prepare and maintain daily work, attendance, and performance reports.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with applicable company standards.
• Motivate the team to achieve productivity and operational targets.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure smooth functioning of operations.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in a supervisory or team-handling role will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting will be an advantage.
