Job Title: E-commerce Warehouse & Packing Executive

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 1-2 Years

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse & Packing Executive to handle daily e-commerce order processing and warehouse operations.

The candidate should be able to quickly learn and remember the location of products in the warehouse, accurately pick products according to orders, and pack them properly for dispatch.

• Key Responsibilities Pick products from the warehouse according to customer orders.
• Learn and remember product locations, racks, shelves and bins for faster order picking.
• Identify products correctly by product name, SKU, barcode, size, shade, colour and quantity.
• Check picked products carefully before packing to avoid wrong or missing items.
• Pack e-commerce orders properly according to company packing standards.
• Handle fragile and cosmetic/nail-art products carefully to prevent damage or leakage.
• Check quantity, product condition and packaging before dispatch.
• Print/apply shipping labels and attach them correctly to packages.
• Sort packed orders according to courier/dispatch requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the warehouse.
• Put products back in their correct locations after receiving or picking stock.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checking when required.
• Report damaged, missing, misplaced or incorrect products immediately.
• Maintain speed and accuracy while processing a high volume of orders.
• Follow warehouse safety and company procedures.

• Ability to identify products accurately.
• Basic reading and understanding of English/Hindi/Marathi.
• Basic smartphone/computer knowledge is preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing/walking during working hours.
• Honest, punctual and responsible.
• Able to work efficiently under time pressure.
• Previous experience in e-commerce warehouse, order picking, packing, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar operations is an advantage.

Important Requirement :- This job requires the employee to learn the warehouse layout and remember the location of a large number of products. Candidates who are comfortable with repetitive work, product identification and maintaining accuracy are preferred.
