🎓 Qualification: Graduation is Mandatory

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 NTH

Shift: Rotational

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations

• Handle inward & outward stock movement

• Ensure accurate picking, packing and dispatch

• Maintain inventory and stock accuracy

• Conduct regular stock checks and physical audits

• Coordinate with warehouse staff and other teams

• Allocate daily work and monitor team performance

• Ensure proper storage, handling and labeling of products

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and discipline

• Prepare daily stock and operations reports

• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages and shortages

• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines

• Ensure smooth and timely warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months to 2 years of warehouse/operations experience

• Graduation is mandatory

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory systems

• Ability to handle warehouse staff and daily operations

• Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented
