Job SummaryWe are seeking an articulate, dynamic, and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Bhopal. In this role, you will interact with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and premium clients looking for residential and commercial real estate properties. This role offers the flexibility to Work from Home (WFH) for lead generation and client consultations, alongside in-city travel for client meetings, site visits, and property walkthroughs across Bhopal.

• Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Connect, consult, and build long-term relationships with premium and HNI clients looking to buy or invest in real estate.
• Property Walkthroughs & Visits: Schedule and conduct site visits and property tours across Bhopal for potential buyers.
• Hybrid Workflow: Efficiently manage daily outreach, follow-ups, database management, and virtual presentations from home, while traveling locally as required for client meetings.
• Pipeline & Deal Closure: Understand client requirements, present suitable property portfolios, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current real estate trends, market pricing, and upcoming projects in and around Bhopal.
• Lead Management: Follow up on incoming inquiries, cold/warm leads, and referrals while maintaining accurate activity logs in the CRM.
• Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales (experience in real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, or high-value sales is preferred).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to engage comfortably with affluent clients.
• Location & Mobility: Must be based in Bhopal and possess a personal vehicle for local client meetings and site visits.
• Interpersonal Skills: Polished demeanor, persuasive presentation style, active listening, and strong negotiation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working remotely using sales tools, CRM software, video calling platforms, and smartphones/tablets for virtual tours.
