Accounts Executive – Taxi & Travel Services

Location: Bhopal | Experience: 2–5 Years | Qualification: B.Com preferred | Employment: Full-time

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts Executive to independently manage day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime for a taxi service business serving government and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime: sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal and contra entries.

- Monthly client billing, GST invoicing, receivables and outstanding/ageing reports.

- Cash, petty cash, bank reconciliation, vendor accounts and payments.

- Driver salary, advances and payment records.

- Accounting of diesel, lubricants, servicing, repairs, tyres, insurance and other vehicle expenses.

- Vehicle-wise expense and profitability records.

- GST/TDS data preparation and coordination with CA/tax consultant.

- EMD/security deposits, advances and other financial records.

- Monthly MIS covering revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, cash/bank and profitability.

Requirements: Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS and MS Excel, with good accounting, reconciliation and documentation skills. Experience in taxi/travel/transport/fleet or service business will be preferred.

Important: This role is primarily responsible for accounts, billing, financial records, reconciliation and MIS.

Salary: depending on experience and expertise.
