Job Description

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Track project progress, expenses, work orders, and billing status.
  • Maintain project-wise data, payment records, and management reports.
  • Develop Excel-based trackers and improve reporting systems.

Billing & Documentation

  • Prepare client RA bills, running bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
  • Verify BOQs, work orders, measurements, quantities, and applicable rates.
  • Check vendor bills against approved work orders and site measurements.
  • Track bill submissions, approvals, outstanding payments, and receivables.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, lookups etc.
  • Experience in MIS reporting, billing, and documentation.
  • Understanding of BOQs, RA bills, work orders, and project costing.
  • Good numerical accuracy, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
