Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (Noon)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with queries related to orders, deliveries, refunds, returns, and other services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer concerns.
Specific Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Must be comfortable working in a voice-based BPO process.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, as per process requirements.
- Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must be willing to work from the office.
